Aloe Vera Uses
Research backs up the ancient use of topical aloe vera as a skin treatment, at least for specific conditions. Studies have shown that aloe gel might be effective in treating skin conditions including:
A clear liquid that adds the soothing properties of Aloe Vera, a desert plant of the Southwest, to your applications. This is not a plant oil, but a waterbased, hydrophil product: Essential Oils will float on its surface without blending in.
- Minor burns
- Skin abrasions
- Skin injured by Radiation and Acne
If you would like to add Aloe Vera to a carrier oil you need to incorporate an emulsifier as well, such as Aromaland's Coconut Emulsifier.
